How can we help teachers

This section of the site opens up the possibility of teachers from others schools getting support and training in becoming an even better teacher than they currently are.

The Synergy Schooling Vision moves towards the bringing together of people to expand on the vision of an education system based on authentic living and learning. This component is about the creation of synergies.

This is about the sharing of ideas, experiences, memories and resources. The current isolation of many schools, teachers and parents limits the forward development of this profession.

We see this as an opportunity to support people in their own growth. At the same time we provide support to schools as they engage with their role in supporting the development of their participants, being learners, teachers and parents. Here we share our ideas and our understandings to co-construct an expanding vision for our nation and our planet.

Workshops, coaching, academic papers, demonstration schooling, professional development courses and consulting form the core of this component.

At synergy Schooling we believe that the role of the modern teacher is no longer a 'teacher' of information but a 'supporter' of learning. Our aim is to provide teachers and educators from other schools and institutions with the skills and support to facilitate the transformation of linear learning to authentic learning.

We do this through the process of workshops, team teaching and coaching.
